“Omittance is no quittance.”

(English) Meaning: Omission doesn’t mean cancellation. For example, failing to urge for repayment of a debt doesn’t mean the cancellation of it.

(繁)意思:【遺漏不等於注銷】。例如不催帳不等於銷帳。

(简)意思:
