“Early to bed and early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. ”

（繁）意思：早睡眠，早起床，使人聰明、富裕又健康。簡單的說，“早睡、早起，聰明、富裕又健康” 。

（简）意思：

zǎo	shuì	mián		zǎo	qǐ	chuáng
早	睡	眠	，	早	起	床	，
shǐ	rén	cōng	míng
使	人	聪	明	、
fù	yù	yòu	jiàn	kāng
富	裕	又	健	康	。

简单的说，“早睡、早起，聪明、富裕又健康” 。
