“Omittance is no quittance.”

(English) Meaning: Omission doesn’t mean cancellation. For example, failing to urge for repayment of a debt doesn’t mean the cancellation of it.

（繁）意思：【遺漏不等於注銷】。例如不催帳不等於銷帳。

（简）意思：

yí	lòu	bù	děng	yú	zhù	xiāo
遗	漏	不	等	于	注	销

例如不催帐不等于销帐。
