“Give a lie twenty-four hour’s start, and you can never overtake it.” 

(English) Meaning: If a lie is not refuted immediately, it will pass from mouth to mouth until it is accepted as truth by everybody.

（繁）意思：【讓謊言先跑二十四小時，你就永遠趕不上它】。

（简）意思：

ràng	huǎng	yán	xiān	pǎo	èr	shí
让	谎	言	先	跑	二	十
sì	xiǎo	shí	，	nǐ	jiù	yǒng
